Infinite "Retrieving your custom wraps"
Since Saturday (August 8, 2026), I haven't been able to use the vehicle skin/warp customization system. There are no connection error messages, just an endless "Retrieving your custom warps" prompt. I can't change any vehiclecolor, only the wheel color.

Pointless post time.... While I get that the NFS franchise is largely being back-burnered, man I would LOVE to see a remastered/remake of Porsche Unleashed. That was the first NFS game I played and I absolutely loved it. Anyhow, not sure why I'm even bothering, but just wanted to throw it out into the universe.

Trying to refund Need For Speed Unbound
Hope you're all good. I am trying to refund Need For Speed Unbound. I am within the 14 days period (bought it 7th August, 4 days ago ) and have not started the game, so am eligible for a refund, as per the EA refund policy I've tried the AI chat, but it just rediects me to a help page and refuses to connect me to a real person. Can somebody from EA refund me please.

NFS Heat Error Code 3: “Your inventory could not be loaded”
Hi EA/NFS community, I'm having an issue with Need for Speed Heat where I'm unable to access online mode. Whenever I try to connect to Play Online, I receive the following message: ATTENTION Your inventory could not be loaded.Please try again.If this problem persists please contact EA customer support for assistance.Error Code: 3 I've attached a screenshot of the error. The game itself launches normally and I can access the game, but I cannot properly load my online inventory, which prevents me from playing online. I've already tried the basic troubleshooting steps, including: Restarting the game Restarting my system Checking my internet connection Reconnecting to the internet Trying again later However, the Error Code 3 continues to appear. I'm wondering if this is an issue with my EA account/inventory synchronization or EA's servers, rather than an issue with my local game installation. Could someone please help me determine what is causing this error and what I can do to fix it? Game: Need for Speed Heat Platform: [PC/Steam] Any help would be greatly appreciated. Unable to play certain matches in NFS: Unbound due to error message DR1001
Hello, I need some assistance with an error message I’ve been getting for the past week. It started showing up recently, and I’ve been trying everything to get rid of it. The error message in question is DR1001. While I am not going to start deleting cars (which is a last resort), I have removed any wraps from cars I no longer have to even things out. But I think this is more about the tier-related aspect, and you may ask why. I think this is all related to the tiered restricted races (B tier to S+ tier), or this could affect PVP as a whole; however, I think it’s certain tier races that cause this error message, but I’m not so sure. Maybe the game bug community can help figure this out. I’m going to include the picture I took of the error message. I hope you can help me solve this problem. I wish everyone the best.

NFS Unbound freezes whenever tabbed out.
I just recently bought the game off steam store. First, I tried to run it, showed me with a error of directx function. Fortunately, I somehow fixed it, but now whenever I tried to alt-tab, alt-enter, win-tab, or even win-only, the game froze. It didn't crash; it just froze. I can't click on anything or tab out. I have tried verifying integrity and changing fullscreen to windowed or borderless in-game (it also freezes right when I switch). force it to go windowed mode. But none seems to work. My pc specs are i5 14600kf, RTX 5070, 32 GB RAM, and somehow I still can't enjoy the game properly. Please help me fix this; I really want to enjoy the game. However, I might refund this game due to an number of errors I have faced.

I'm really interested to know if the developers would see this forum? I'm really obsessed with this game and for the mean time, instead of adding one pemium DLC car, why not adding more premium DLC cars? Like Mustang GT500 Shelby 2014 from the movie 'Need for Speed The Movie'. The cost of this don't matter to me and my loved ones, cause I am not the only one who wanted this car badly. I really dreamt for this car to be in need for speed games, and actually it is included in NFS Rivals, but I don't like the vibrance of the game cause its too darky and comparing it to most wanted 2005, it's kinda way boring because of the graphics itself. So, I kept this in my dream that NFS Heat Developers could recognize my words about this new DLC in NFS HEAT. Please Devs, make more money in the game. Put my Mustang GT500 Shelby 2014 in the doorstep of NFS HEAT Please!

Honestly, I don't know what's going on with the game. I download and install it over and over again; I paid for the add-ons, but when I try to change a car part—like a tire or a spoiler—it tells me the purchase failed. It won't let me buy anything for the cars, or even buy new cars, in Need for Speed Unbound.

My PSN is connected to my EA account and is probably the reason my SP is retained from my PS3 days, is there any way to reset it? Could unlinking my PSN get rid of the progress?

I really feel that EA should reactivate the need for speed studio app for need for speed heat to allow people to customize their cars on the fly and what not. Also, I believe they should do a sit down and talk with the fans, not just streamers but their actual overall fans about what they’d like to see in a new need for speed game. Because I could tell you quite a few things that I would like to see in a single need for speed game: Add the actual individual body parts slider customization that you had in need for speed carbon as well as the chop top slider you had for it. Put the full detailed customization that you’ve had from all the games and the one game like the ability to do custom gauges and sound systems in the trunk and neon under glow layouts and interior as well as body parts rims wheels license plates 3. Give us the dragracing that your fans unanimously agree on is the best drag racing out of all the games same with the circuit races in the drift races because personally I think and feel the need for speed carbon had the best drift mechanics in any of the games and bring back the canyon duels from carbon but without that stupid swing camera that you had. 4. Give us the ability to customize cars, trucks, vans, and motorcycles all in one game like you have spread across multiple games. 5. Give us the best decal and wrap options and paint options that you’ve had in your best games. Some of them being need for speed carbon need for speed 2015 need for speed heat and sadly need for speed unbound and a few other need for speed games. 6. Make it to where money and wrap both can be earned and day and night both like it used to be. 7. Bring back some of the fan favorite characters from across the franchise. 8. Give us a really good in-depth story without being overly annoying with it like you were in unbound with them constantly yapping 24/7 heck you had really good stories in underground, underground 2, the original most wanted, carbon, 2015, and heat. 9. Make it to where the cops are a little challenging, but not so broken that you can’t really progress for crap without other people playing with you. Heat and unbound. Cops are ridiculously aggressive, even on the easiest difficult and The lower heat levels. (one of my friends is new to the game and almost got the **bleep** from playing heat ever again because of that. But thankfully, I convinced him to stick it out and he now really enjoys the game now that he’s gotten a little better parts and stuff.) 10. and this is the biggest one that online games fail at all the time now nowadays. Allow cross platform and cross progression of all their save data. And don’t make it ungodly ridiculous to link your cross platform and cross save data.

When will the stealth police car be available again？
I upgraded the speed pass to level 45 more than a year ago and obtained the invisible police car version of Nissan's Skyline (1999), but I bought a Nissan skyline (1999) at that time and didn't find anything about the invisible police car in the appearance, and And until I unlocked the invisible police car version of the Porsche 911 GTS, but I didn't find where to modify it. Need for Speed: Shift 2 Unleashed does not run at all!
Well first off, yes I know this board is for Hot Pursuit, but there is no board for Shift 2 so I am placing this here. I bought this game about three weeks ago on steam. Steam has been giving zero customer support as far as getting this game to work or offering a refund. I have tried every possible solution in the book as far as any article I could look up with similar problems that were reported to EA customer support. The issue I am having is activation.exe launches, I enter my serial and it is accepted...as soon as I click okay the application closes and the game DOES NOT launch at all. I have tried: -removing activation.exe and shift2u.exe from DEP -reinstalling the game -reinstalling physx -reinstalling the latest graphics drivers for nvidia 640m and EVEN older graphics cards, all with no success -I have run the program in adminstrator mode with windows 7 compatibility -I have tried activating it both offline and online Nothing works, this game fails to cooperate. Steam refuses to offer any sort of refund or support aside from typical "copy and paste answers" which is an absolute shame. I am in the military so my time on the internet is extremely limited as is, and so is spending time to try fixing this game. Any help offered that has not been listed above is welcome.

Are there any cheats for need for speed unbound on series x?
Game is insanely difficult on the easiest setting. The moment you are in first place the AI goes berserk and throws everything it can on your incoming driveline and gives the other cars behind you extra speed and cornering abilities and they just smash you off the road. If we wanted difficult we would just do life guys. We dont play games because theyre hard, we play them to chill out. Hope you are going to fix it rather than drop the game and leave it stupidly unplayable.
